This property requires a seven-night minimum for stays between June 16 and August 18. All rentals are on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis during this time period.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 25 years old are required to leave a $1000 cash deposit at time of check-in. After housekeeping checks the property the deposit will be refunded.
The full amount in room and tax is charged to the customer's credit card at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival date will be charged a $60 processing fee.
Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to arrival will be charged a $210 fee.
